Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking an Account Director – Data Center for hyperscale clients in the United States. You will manage strategic accounts, drive growth, and coordinate across Hitachi Energy’s business units to deliver integrated solutions for high-value engagements.

You will develop executive relationships, lead complex negotiations, and guide solution teams to address customer challenges while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales experience; 12+ years account management preferred.
• Experience with data center customers, preferably hyperscale.
• Experience with renewable energy products such as transformers and switchgear preferred.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel.
• Based in San Francisco/Santa Clara area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts and drive growth in orders and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate across business units to deliver integrated solutions and engage executives.
• Develop and execute account plans and lead complex negotiations.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a consistent Hitachi Energy experience.
