Job summary

Samsara is hiring a remote Account Development Representative (ADR) to build pipelines for our EMEA business from Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the UK. You will conduct high-volume outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities and support the growth of Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud.

You will become a product expert, learn Samsara’s sales process, and keep detailed records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years professional experience in customer facing roles.
• 6–12 months sales experience minimum.
• Strong desire to work in target-driven sales and hit targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Represent Samsara at trade shows and events to connect with potential customers and partners.
• Become a product expert and learn Samsara's selling approach.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records (Salesforce.com) of all interactions.
• Promote Samsara’s cultural principles and collaborate with teams as we scale globally.
