Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a remote Senior Manager on the Account Development team to build and lead the In Store AD organization for NAM markets. You will hire, train, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on expanding revenue with restaurant partners and optimizing the partner experience.

You will partner with Sales & Operations and Product to establish clear KPIs, processes, and scalable programs, traveling to key markets as needed to support organization and restaurant sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or account development leadership positions with SaaS/Restaurant Sales
• Track record of building and growing high-performing sales teams
• Proven ability to meet or exceed strategic sales goals
• Empathy-driven leadership and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the In Store Account Development team across NAM markets
• Define roles, KPIs, and performance metrics; recruit and train top talent
• Collaborate with S&O and Product to optimize the restaurant partner experience
• Drive MRR expansion and growth with a partner base
