DoorDash USA is seeking a Sales leader to build and scale the In Store Account Development team across NAM markets. You will hire, train, and coach sellers, define KPIs, and partner with S&O and Product to enhance the partner experience. This role is remote with travel to key markets as needed.

You bring 3+ years in account leadership within SaaS/SMB tech or restaurant sales, plus a proven track record of growing teams; empathy and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in account management or account development leadership in SaaS, SMB Tech or Restaurant Sales.
• Proven track record building and growing a high-performing sales team.
• Experience with restaurants/hospitality clients and identifying gaps.
• Comfort with Salesforce, Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Empathetic leadership and clear communication.
