Job summary

Safe-Guard Product International is seeking an Account Development Manager in a remote role for Georgia, with the ability to travel about 75% of the time. The ADM will drive sales with automotive OEM partners, train dealers, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has a BA with five years in automotive, plus three years in retail F&I, and strong communication and public speaking skills to train dealers and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred but not required.
• Five years of automotive industry experience.
• Three years of retail F&I experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development and account management within territory to grow revenue and meet sales objectives.
• Leverage training platform as a differentiator for dealer partners.
• Partner with sales management to drive initiatives for dealer partners and Safe-Guard.
• Conduct dealer training seminars to increase profitability and product sales.
• Ensure dealers comply with laws and participate in F&I training and certification.
• Facilitate dealer participation in F&I training classes hosted by Safe-Guard.
• Train dealer personnel on features, benefits, and value of product offerings.
• Drive dealer conversions through ongoing meetings and presentations.
