Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to meet SLAs.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
• Collect and provide clear, accurate information using the right tools and procedures.
