OPENLANE is seeking an Account Coordinator to deliver excellent customer support and maintain strong client relationships. You will handle accounts in our internal queue, support inquiries, and make outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, finance, or automotive industries and strong written and verbal communication skills. This on-site role offers growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, finance, or automotive industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Ability to effectively manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to meet service levels.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
• Provide clear, accurate, and complete information using the right tools and procedures.
