OPENLANE in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage accounts, and maintain strong client relationships with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry.

You will handle in‑house queue processing, support inbound inquiries, initiate outbound calls, collaborate across departments, and ensure accurate information using the right tools like Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, finance, or automotive industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Ability to effectively manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and meet all internal and external time commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts within OPENLANE's internal queue to meet the company's service level agreements.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
• Collect and provide clear, accurate, and complete information using the right tools and procedures.
