Job summary

OPENLANE, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking an Account Coordinator with 1–2 years in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry. You will manage accounts in our internal queue and support inquiries from internal and external customers, while building strong client relationships.

In this role you’ll use Google Workspace and other systems to ensure timely and accurate information, partner across departments, and help meet service level agreements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, finance, or automotive industry experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to meet the company's service level agreements.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
• Collect and provide clear, accurate, and complete information using the right tools and procedures.
