Job summary

Syneos Health is looking for an Access & Reimbursement Manager to work in Nashville, TN. This remote/field-based role will provide education to HCPs on reimbursement and access issues, analyzing challenges that patients face accessing our products.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical sectors. The Manager will collaborate with multiple teams and manage patient access initiatives effectively while traveling regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with commercial payers, Medicare, and state Medicaid.
• Competent understanding of hub and patient support activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Educate HCP offices on product access.
• Support patient access to the product, ensuring policy compliance.
