Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health System is seeking an Access Center Coordinator in a 100% telephone and system-based role. This position handles patient registrations and scheduling across practices, remotely with supervisor approval.

You will triage calls, process authorizations, liaise with patients and practices, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling. A HS diploma and healthcare experience are required; EPIC familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a medical office, healthcare admin, or call center.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with EPIC is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new patient registrations and appointment scheduling in EPIC.
• Answer calls, triage inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
• Assist with authorizations and payer communications with nurses.
• Provide patient and practice liaison support and interpreter coordination.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data handling and assist with office tasks.
