Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking an Access Center Coordinator for a 100% telephone-based role in Nashua, NH. You will register patients, schedule appointments, and input data into EPIC while maintaining strong customer service across multiple practices and departments.

In this role you will handle high call volumes, coordinate interpreter services when needed, and work under the Manager of Access and Engagement to ensure timely access to care with strict data confidentiality and accurate

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a medical office, healthcare admin support, or contact center.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• EPIC experience is highly preferred and basic computer proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule new patients in EPIC with accurate demographics and referrals.
• Answer calls, triage inquiries, and translate requests into actionable steps.
• Provide insurance/authorization support and liaise with nurses to resolve issues.
• Coordinate patient and practice communications, arrange interpreters, and obtain records as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and support general office operations.
