Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking an Access Center Coordinator in Nashua, NH. This 100% telephone and system-based role acts as the digital and telephonic face of SNHH, handling patient registrations, scheduling, and inquiries across multiple practices.

You will manage incoming calls, triage requests, and input comprehensive data into EPIC while maintaining HIPAA compliance and coordinating with care teams. Remote work may be approved by supervision.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, healthcare administrative support, or contact center.
• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule new patients, inputting demographics and referrals into EPIC.
• Answer lines, triage calls, provide professional customer service and document messages.
• Assist with prior authorizations and payer issues, coordinate with nurses to resolve barriers.
• Serve as liaison with patients and practices, arrange interpreter services and obtain clinical records.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data confidentiality and assist with training new staff.
