Job summary

JRAD is seeking a Journeyman Acceptance Test Plan Lead to support the U.S. Army TENM program. This telework role involves frequent travel and extended onsite support at ATEC Test Centers as needed.

The position requires developing, coordinating, and executing acceptance test plans, procedures, and verification criteria for complex network and communications systems, ensuring compliance with DoD cyber and security standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems integration, testing, or acceptance testing.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and executing test plans and verification docs.
• Experience with SIT, SAT, V&V, and formal acceptance testing.
• Translate requirements into measurable objectives and criteria.
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain acceptance test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with government representatives, engineers, and installation teams.
• Coordinate SIT/SAT activities and government acceptance efforts.
• Review specs and architecture docs to create executable test plans.
• Maintain traceability matrices and test documentation.
• Participate in readiness reviews and technical coordination meetings.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to leadership.
