Job summary

JRAD is seeking a Journeyman Site Lead Acceptance Tester to support the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command.

This telework role involves frequent travel and extended onsite support to ATEC Test Centers, coordinating site-level acceptance testing for network and communications infrastructure under TENM. You will oversee system integration testing, verification and validation, and ensure technical and operational readiness of modernized systems while collaborating with government representatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience in systems integration, system testing, or related engineering activities.
• Experience performing integration testing, verification & validation, and system acceptance activities in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating technical testing activities and documenting test results.

Responsibilities

• Support site-level acceptance testing for TENM program deployments.
• Oversee system integration, verification, validation, and acceptance testing activities.
• Coordinate with government representatives, engineering teams, and stakeholders for test planning and reporting.
• Develop, review, and execute site acceptance test plans and test procedures.
• Provide onsite testing personnel coordination and testing resources management.
• Verify functionality, connectivity, interoperability, and operational readiness of network and telecom systems.
• Identify and resolve defects and discrepancies discovered during testing.
• Support troubleshooting, regression testing, and corrective actions before final acceptance.
• Maintain testing documentation including test results and deficiency reports.
• Participate in test readiness reviews and government acceptance activities.
• Ensure testing aligns with cybersecurity, quality standards, and procedures.
