Job summary

JRAD is seeking a Site Lead Acceptance Tester (Journeyman) in Belcamp, MD for a full-time role supporting U.S. Army tests. Telework is allowed with frequent travel and extended on-site support to ATEC Test Centers.

Required: Bachelor's in IT or related field and 7+ years in systems integration, testing, or related engineering. DoD cybersecurity qualifications and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in systems integration, testing, or related engineering activities.
• Experience with integration testing, verification and validation, and acceptance testing in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and documenting results.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure or enterprise IT modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Support site-level acceptance testing for TENM program network and communications infrastructure.
• Execute and oversee system integration testing, verification, validation, and acceptance testing activities.
• Coordinate with government representatives, engineering teams, installers, and stakeholders for test planning and reporting.
• Develop, review, and execute acceptance test plans, procedures, and criteria.
• Provide on-site coordination of testing personnel, resources, and site readiness.
