JRAD is seeking a Senior Site Lead Acceptance Tester to support the U.S. Army TENM program. This telework position requires frequent travel and extended onsite support to ATEC Test Centers.

You will coordinate acceptance testing, manage site operations, develop test plans, interface with government and contractors, and ensure cybersecurity and technical requirements are met. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and timely delivery to government milestones.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in technical PM, systems integration, or network/IT program execution.
• Experience managing site operations, schedules, and deliverables in complex environments.
• Experience developing and executing formal acceptance test plans with government or customer stakeholders.
• Experience acting as a primary technical interface with government representatives and program teams.
• Experience coordinating system integration testing, SAT, V&V, and government acceptance activities.
• Knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, fiber, wireless) and cybersecurity practices.
• Active DoD 8140-aligned cybersecurity qualification or equivalent; DoD requirements apply.

Mansioni

• Serve as Senior Site Lead and primary coordination point for acceptance testing activities supporting TENM program.
• Manage daily site operations, testing schedules, resources, and coordination to meet objectives.
• Lead planning, development, coordination, and execution of comprehensive acceptance test plans with government representatives and engineers.
• Act as primary government interface for site-level acceptance testing, coordinating objectives, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Direct end-to-end testing for network, fiber, wireless, RF, and related systems.
• Ensure systems are tested against technical specs, performance, cybersecurity, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with installation leads, engineers, and cybersecurity to resolve deficiencies for government acceptance.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, schedules, readiness assessments, test results, discrepancy reports, and acceptance docs.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Lead test readiness reviews, coordination meetings, and acceptance reviews with government stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities comply with contracts, QA, CM, and cybersecurity policies.
• Provide senior-level project management, supervision, and leadership to onsite personnel to finish milestones.
