Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in systems integration, testing, or acceptance testing.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, and verification documents.
• Experience with SIT/SAT, V&V, and formal acceptance testing for complex systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into measurable test objectives and criteria.
• Experience coordinating testing with network engineers, installers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DoD, federal government, or military testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support development, coordination, and maintenance of acceptance test plans for TENM deployments.
• Develop test procedures, scenarios, cases, and verification criteria for system functionality and readiness.
• Collaborate with government representatives, engineers, and installation teams to align tests with requirements.
• Plan and coordinate SIT, SAT, V&V, and government acceptance activities.
• Review specifications and architecture to create executable test plans and criteria.
• Maintain traceability matrices mapping requirements to test procedures and criteria.
• Coordinate with site leads and cybersecurity personnel to identify testing constraints and readiness.
• Support readiness assessments ensuring equipment, environments, and documents are available.
• Document testing deficiencies and track corrective actions throughout testing lifecycle.
• Assist in evaluating test results and updating plans based on findings and feedback.
• Maintain controlled test documentation and revisions.
