Job summary

JRAD is seeking a Senior Site Lead Acceptance Tester to support the U.S. Army TENM program. This telework role involves frequent travel and extended onsite support at ATEC Test Centers.

Lead acceptance testing activities, coordinate government interfaces, and oversee test plans across network, fiber, wireless, RF, and related infrastructure. Requires DoD-aligned cybersecurity knowledge and strong project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 10+ years of technical project management or related experience.
• Experience coordinating acceptance testing with government stakeholders.
• Experience leading site operations and testing schedules.
• Background in DoD/federal government programs preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and DoD practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Site Lead for acceptance testing activities supporting TENM.
• Manage daily site operations, personnel, testing schedules, and resources.
• Lead development and execution of acceptance test plans with government and engineers.
• Interface with government representatives and program management teams.
• Oversee end-to-end testing for network, fiber, wireless, RF and related tech.
• Ensure testing meets technical specs, performance, and cybersecurity criteria.
• Coordinate teams to resolve deficiencies and ready systems for acceptance.
• Maintain test procedures, schedules, readiness assessments, and acceptance docs.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Lead readiness reviews and government acceptance activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, QA, CM, and cyber policies.
