Job summary

JRAD is seeking an Acceptance Test Plan Lead – Journeyman to support the U.S. Army TENM modernization efforts.

The role includes developing and executing comprehensive acceptance test plans and procedures, coordinating SIT/SAT activities, and ensuring alignment with system requirements, cybersecurity, and quality standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 7 years of experience in test planning, integration, and government-grade testing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in systems integration, system testing, acceptance testing, or related technical engineering activities.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, test procedures, test cases, and system verification documentation.
• Experience supporting DoD, federal government, military test and evaluation environments.
• Knowledge of requirements traceability, test coverage analysis, discrepancy management, and test readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain acceptance test plans for network and communications infrastructure.
• Create and document test procedures, scenarios, test cases, and verification criteria.
• Collaborate with government representatives, engineers, and installation personnel to align tests with requirements.
• Coordinate SIT, SAT, V&V, and government acceptance activities.
• Review specifications and architecture to produce executable test plans.
• Maintain traceability matrices mapping requirements to test deliverables.
• Identify testing dependencies and readiness requirements with stakeholders.
• Support readiness assessments and update plans based on findings.
