Job summary

Global Systems Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Acceptance Test Plan Lead (Journeyman) to oversee development and execution of comprehensive acceptance test plans for military-grade networks and telecom systems.

The role involves coordinating with government representatives, engineering teams, installation personnel, and stakeholders to ensure plans meet system requirements and modernization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of professional testing or systems integration experience.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, test cases, and verification docs.
• Experience with DoD/government testing environments.
• DoD 8140-aligned cybersecurity qualifications or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain acceptance test plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with government and engineering teams to align tests with requirements.
• Coordinate SIT, SAT, and verification activities.
• Review specifications and architecture to create test criteria.
• Maintain traceability matrices mapping requirements to tests.
• Identify and track testing gaps and corrective actions.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into test planning.
• Prepare and present test status updates to leadership.
