Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks experienced test engineering professionals to advise leads and engineers on complex test activities for high‑stakes program office efforts. You will participate in test planning groups, collaborate with government and industry teams, and drive plan execution with clear reporting.

The role involves deriving traceable system requirements, conducting SE trade studies, and supporting risk mitigation and lab infrastructure development for test capability needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directly related to the responsibilities.
• Bachelor of Science in a relevant scientific or technical discipline with 5+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance (SSBI or SBPR).
• Eligible for SCI and SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Advise project leads and engineers on test engineering for high‑level program office efforts.
• Contribute to test planning groups, technical interchanges, and interactions with government and industry teams.
• Develop and execute program test activities including planning, execution, and reporting of tests.
• Derive and manage system/sub‑system requirements with traceability to program objectives.
• Perform systems engineering trade studies, design/integration trades, end‑to‑end performance evaluation, and risk mitigation planning.
• Contribute to lab infrastructure development to meet test capability needs.
