Job summary

Joint Research And Development, Llc (JRAD) seeks a Senior Acceptance Test Plan Lead to drive end-to-end test planning and execution for Army TENM programs. You will oversee site-level testing, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure plans meet engineering standards and security requirements.

The role requires DoD-focused experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules and resources across complex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in technical project management, systems integration, acceptance testing, test planning, or related engineering program management activities.
• Experience developing, managing, and coordinating formal acceptance test plans for complex technical systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, management, and execution of comprehensive acceptance test plans for TENM program.
• Serve as Senior Site Manager for site-level acceptance test planning, personnel, schedules, and coordination with government representatives.
• Interface with government stakeholders for acceptance test planning, requirements validation, test readiness, scheduling, and approval coordination.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, test scenarios, and verification methodologies for network, wireless, RF, fiber-optic, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with network engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and government reps to align test plans with specifications.
• Establish acceptance test objectives, readiness milestones, requirements traceability, and test dependencies.
