Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 10+ years in technical project management or related engineering programs.
• Experience developing and coordinating formal acceptance test plans.
• Site manager experience overseeing personnel, schedules and deliverables.
• Direct collaboration with government representatives for test planning.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and test readiness.
• Background in DoD/federal programs and security requirements.
• DoD 8140-aligned cybersecurity qualifications or equivalent.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent credential may apply.
• Strong PM methodologies, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Expertise in test plans, procedures, and verification criteria.
• Ability to interpret specs, diagrams, and network docs.
• Experience with SAT, V&V, and government acceptance processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise network tech: routing, TCP/IP, RF, fiber.
• Proven leadership, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution planning of acceptance test plans.
• Oversee site-level acceptance test planning activities and resources.
• Interface with government stakeholders on acceptance criteria and approvals.
• Develop test plans, procedures, scenarios, and verification methods.
• Coordinate with network engineers, cybersecurity, and systems integrators.
• Manage objectives, readiness milestones, and traceability across tests.
• Oversee site readiness, personnel, equipment, and environments.
• Lead planning meetings, technical reviews, and readiness reviews.
• Manage schedules, risks, and corrective actions for testing.
• Document deficiencies, discrepancies, and action items.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls and configuration management in plans.
• Prepare and submit government-facing test documentation.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
