Learner Education is seeking an Academic Sales Representative to join a fully remote, inbound-driven team. You will connect with families seeking tutoring, understand their needs, and guide them toward enrollment by communicating value and pricing clearly.

The role emphasizes a strong sales mindset, relationship-building, and consistent achievement of enrollment and revenue goals. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in consultative or inside sales, experience meeting quotas, and comfort

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in consultative/phone-based environments.
• Experience working toward quotas, KPIs, or revenue targets.
• Proven ability to handle objections, discuss pricing, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and families via phone, text, and email.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand tutoring needs and goals.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and clearly communicate their value.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and close enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Pursue enrollment targets and manage high-volume inbound leads.
