Job summary

Learner Education is seeking an Academic Sales Representative for a fully remote role. You will nurture inbound inquiries, understand family tutoring needs, and guide them toward enrollment. The position offers base salary plus uncapped commission, healthcare, and flexible PTO in a fast-growing education company.

You'll work a set schedule from a home office, validate strong communication, and strive to exceed enrollment and revenue targets while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with quotas or targets.
• Experience in consultative, inbound, or enrollment sales.
• Able to discuss pricing, handle objections, and close deals.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage leads.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Reliable home setup and able to work remotely with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who expressed interest.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand challenges and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value.
• Discuss pricing, address objections, and close opportunities.
• Build trust via phone, text, and email communications.
• Follow up and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining a great experience.
• Maintain CRM records of conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment outcomes.
• Work toward enrollment, revenue, and performance goals.
• Take ownership of results and welcome coaching to improve.
