Job summary

Smart Horizons seeks a qualified educator in Florida to support student enrollment and career courses from a remote setting. You will manage outbound campaigns, assist with enrollment, and help guide students through graduation while coordinating with Student Engagement Model teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with teaching experience and a valid secondary/adult teaching certificate, plus strong English/Spanish communication and computer skills. Reliable internet is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, teaching experience, and a current secondary or adult level teaching certificate.
• Live in Florida, Oklahoma, or North Carolina.
• Proficient in English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handles outbound phone, email and SMS campaigns related activity and transcripts.
• Supports enrollment, withdrawal, and graduation processes with student services and finance.
• Maintains and audits student records in accordance with accreditation requirements.
• Establishes and maintains partner relationships per contract requirements.
• Delivers professional communications and responds within 24 hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
