Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy Of Central Florida is seeking a Virtual Success Coach to provide instructional support for students in a fully online academy. The role reports to a Florida-certified teacher and helps with program implementation, small-group instruction, and progress toward IEP goals. A reliable internet connection is required.

Some in-person travel may be needed for testing and PD. The position is primarily remote with occasional required travel, offering an engaging virtual environment

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of college
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years blended and/or virtual experience with diverse learners
• Experience with IEPs and 504 Plans in educational settings
• Familiarity with online curriculum, assessments, data privacy, and instructional compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as instructional facilitator in absence of instructor
• Support instruction aligned to IEP goals under a certified teacher
• Aid with synchronous and asynchronous learning activities
• Facilitate small-group instructional support and interventions
• Use Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
• Reinforce reading instruction aligned to Florida standards
• Maintain instructional documentation and records
• Monitor student progress and data for interventions
• Assist with MTSS and PBIS implementation
• Engage families and Learning Coaches with progress updates
• Participate in virtual staff meetings and planning
• Ensure timely completion of compliance documentation
