Vituity is seeking a Program Manager for Academic Affairs to operate remotely nationwide. You will partner with executive leadership, residency and fellowship programs, and cross-functional teams to enhance academic operations and ensure accreditation readiness.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, relationship management with hospital leaders, and program development across multiple sites. A strong background in healthcare education and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience with physician residency and/or fellowship programs.
• Experience in a hospital system and client-facing roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to the Director of Academic Affairs.
• Strengthen relationships with residency and fellowship programs.
• Develop initiatives, processes, and policies to improve academic operations.
• Provide consultation on ACGME standards, compliance, and financial processes.
• Support program directors with accreditation readiness and visits.
• Lead new academic program initiatives and onboarding.
