Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area with three years of budget, grant, and program management experience.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and processes for educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day administrative operations of the Vascular Surgery Residency and Fellowship Programs.
• Develops and implements strategic initiatives, new educational programs, policies, and processes.
• Coordinates administrative requirements for residency and fellowship education, including scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing trainee support; serves as a resource for trainees.
• Evaluates systems and workflows to identify efficiency improvements; implements changes.
• Acts as a central liaison among division leadership, faculty, trainees, GME, and university offices.
• Monitors program performance and coordinates quality improvement initiatives.
• Plans and coordinates meetings, conferences, and interviews to support residency operations.
