Vituity seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead the Home Sleep Test program, clinic, and sleep lab from a remote, nationwide position. The role partners with Medical Directors to align patient and provider expectations and to manage the overall practice operations.

The candidate will drive budgeting, staffing, and process improvements, ensuring regulatory and quality standards, while guiding growth across service lines and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 4 years of healthcare experience.
• 4 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience overseeing multiple service lines or a multidisciplinary outpatient practice.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sleep medicine or a multi-service outpatient practice.
• Able to lead a team of healthcare professionals and managers with strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for the entire practice, overseeing the HST program, the clinic, and the sleep lab.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and physician leaders to meet patient and provider expectations.
• Adhere to the operating budget, including projecting patient volumes, revenue, equipment expenditure, staff growth, and space needs.
• Analyze monthly financial and operational reports for data on patient volumes, production, and revenue.
• Lead policy, process, and workflow improvements across the practice.
• Directly manage several managers and front desk staff with accountability for recruitment, retention, and development.
