Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an ACA Client Manager to deliver five-star service to Benefitfocus/TangoHealth clients.

This flexible role allows 100% remote work or hybrid office presence across major locations, with responsibilities in ACA implementation support, client education, and ongoing servicing. You will handle post-implementation calls, monthly webinars, and ad hoc communications, coordinating with technical teams and client IT/HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task multiple issues and work well in a team environment.
• Experience troubleshooting technical errors that require quick thinking and collaboration.
• Comfort and ability to excel in a high-activity, high-uncertainty environment.

Responsibilities

• Involved in post-implementation calls and ensuring documentation for ongoing servicing.
• Participates in the implementation process to support the ACA Implementation Project Manager.
• Provides education on ACA core topics and compliance requirements.
• Conducts monthly report review webinars with clients to discuss reports and advise on changes.
• On-demand support via phone or e-mail to core client IT, HR, and Payroll teams.
