Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an ACA Client Manager to deliver five-star service to Benefitfocus clients with strong written and verbal communication and ACA knowledge. The role supports implementation and ongoing servicing, with remote or hybrid work options.

The position emphasizes collaboration with IT, HR and payroll teams, documentation of processes, and timely education on ACA topics, including tracking hours, affordability, and IRS reporting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma.
• 3+ years in customer service with strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
• Experience troubleshooting technical errors and learning new tech.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage in post-implementation calls and document information for ongoing servicing.
• Support ACA Implementation Project Manager during the project.
• Educate clients on ACA topics: hour tracking, affordability, data reporting, IRS codes.
• Conduct monthly webinars to review reports and advise on issues.
• Provide on-demand support to core client IT, HR and Payroll teams.
• Disseminate updates, blog posts, and software notices to clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams on production issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
