Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an ACA Client Manager to deliver five-star client service and support the ACA Compliance Concierge process. You will handle post‑implementation activities, client communications, and coordination with technical teams across projects.

The role offers flexible work location with remote options or hybrid schedules, and requires a customer‑service background with industry exposure to insurance and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Industry experience highly preferred: insurance, benefits administration, SaaS, healthcare, BPO.
• Annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives based on the role to reward performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive five-star service experiences through excellent written and verbal communication.
• Participate in post-implementation calls and ensure properly documented information for ongoing servicing.
• Support the ACA Implementation Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide on-demand support via phone or e-mail to core client IT, HR, and Payroll teams.
• Coordinate with the technical team on production or software issues.
• Deliver updates and advisories to clients regarding reports, changes, and policy updates.
