Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology with a remote-first approach in the United States. The role covers the Oklahoma City area and requires engaging hematologists, oncologists, and care teams to drive sales of AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ while building market access and disease awareness.

You will lead territory business plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present complex clinical information to experts in large centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or life science sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (field-based role)
• Preferred: experience calling on hematologists/oncologists.
• Sales launch experience with complex specialty products.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for hematology/oncology customers in the territory, including AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ performance.
• Engage hematologist/oncologists and care team members who are key decision makers.
• Build accounts by coordinating with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy and leadership.
• Develop territory plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead market development and address educational gaps across SM and ITP patient journeys.
• Present complex clinical information fluently to physicians in academic centers and hospitals.
