Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology in Oklahoma City, with remote capabilities in the US. You will drive sales for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ, build market access and relationships with hematology/oncology physicians and care teams, and lead territory plans to achieve KPIs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharma or life sciences sales, with travel as needed and strong cross-functional collaboration to advance disease awareness and patient journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech or life sciences sales preferred.
• Experience calling on hematology/oncology specialists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for hematology/oncology in the territory.
• Engage hematologists/oncologists and care team members to drive AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ performance.
• Build relationships with accounts including physicians, NPs, nurses and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet KPIs.
• Use CRM, segmentation and analytics to inform territory strategy.
• Represent Sanofi at regional meetings and conferences.
