Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology with a focus on the Oklahoma City region. The role drives sales execution for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ, engaging hematology/oncology physicians and health-system stakeholders to advance patient access and outcomes.

You will build territorial plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead market development initiatives while maintaining compliant, high-impact customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or life science sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel (Field-based role).

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for the hematology/oncology segment in the assigned territory.
• Engage hematologist/oncologists and care team members who are decision makers.
• Build relationships with accounts across physicians, NP/PA, nursing, and leadership.
• Develop territory business plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead market development and educate on disease journeys (SM & IT P).
