Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an ABA Therapy Case Coordinator - Scheduling & Client Services to manage scheduling and service coordination for children receiving ABA therapy. You will be the main contact for families, BTs, clinical supervisors, and admin teams, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, case management, social services, or related field.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience coordinating schedules and managing a high-volume caseload.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage 65+ active client cases, monitor service hours, and identify gaps.
• Develop and maintain therapy schedules, assign BTs, and coordinate coverage.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and coverage gaps.
• Communicate professionally with families regarding schedules and updates.
• Maintain accurate client records, scheduling details, and authorizations.
• Monitor authorization expiration dates and coordinate renewals.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, BTs, and operations teams for continuity of care.
• Support new staff assignments and escalate urgent concerns when needed.
