Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Full-Time ABA Therapy Scheduler for a fully remote role. You will coordinate with RBTs/BCBAs and families to finalize start dates, match clinicians to clients, and manage the end-to-end scheduling process.

Proficiency with EMR/CRM systems and Google Workspace is required to ensure smooth service launches. This is a key, mission-driven position in a fast-moving environment where communication and organization directly impact children’s access to therapy.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills and ability to connect with families and clinicians.
• Experience scheduling ABA therapy or healthcare services is essential.
• Excellent email and phone communication through Gmail/Google Meet.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, staff availability, and client data.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to RBTs and BCBAs to confirm availability and schedules.
• Coordinate with families and staff to finalize start dates and case details.
• Manage end-to-end scheduling from matching clinicians to first sessions.
• Use EMR and CRM systems daily to track active cases and updates.
• Set up meetings and communications through Google Meet and other company tools.
• Maintain smooth transitions from hiring to service launch with clinical teams.
