Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience in an ABA agency.
• Experience using Central Reach or another ABA scheduling platform.
• Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for providers and client appointments.
• Support clinical team with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and avoid conflicts.
• Communicate with families and staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
