Job summary

Training is provided with six months of onboarding; RBT certification is required prior to start. This role is part-time with the opportunity to extend as you grow your caseload and client fit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Commit to a six-month term to support client outcomes.
