Job summary

Real Hires LLC is seeking an ABA Outreach Coordinator to connect qualified candidates with clients who need their skills. You’ll help organize interviews, manage follow-ups, and keep candidate information up to date.

This fully remote role rewards proactive communication, relationship-building, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while supporting the recruiting team to meet hiring goals.

Strong English, attention to detail, and experience in recruitment or related roles are preferred.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Experience with ATS/CRM tools is a plus.

• Conduct professional interviews and collect candidate information.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients through clear communication.
• Follow up to keep the hiring process moving.
