Job summary

Connico seeks an experienced Marketing Analyst to join its A/E/C Business Development/Marketing team. You will develop proposals, qualification packages, and marketing content, coordinating with technical staff to build strong pursuits.

The role emphasizes translating technical information into client-facing stories, supporting collateral, website content, and events. Remote/hybrid options available with US residency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive marketing or proposals experience in A/E/C.
• Experience developing A/E/C proposals, qualifications packages, or similar materials.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear written and visual content.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, qualifications packages, and pursuit materials using established templates.
• Assemble project experience, resumes, technical content, and graphics for pursuits.
• Edit and format content to communicate Connico’s qualifications and differentiators.
• Coordinate with technical staff to review solicitations and manage pursuits.
• Translate project information into client-focused stories for marketing collateral.
• Support website content, social media, and events as part of business development.
