Job summary

Connico is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Business Development/Marketing team. This growth-focused role supports proposals, marketing content, and CRM data management, with close collaboration with senior staff and technical professionals.

You will translate complex project information into client-focused stories, develop one-sheets and case studies, and help manage multiple pursuits and deadlines. A/E/C marketing background and Adobe Creative Cloud skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive marketing, proposal, or communications experience within the A/E/C industry.
• Direct experience developing A/E/C proposals, qualifications packages, marketing collateral, or similar client-facing pursuit materials.
• Strong ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, persuasive written and visual content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, with working knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Experience working with A/E/C-specific CRM, project database, or marketing information systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout, research, and visual communication skills.
• Experience locating, organizing, evaluating, and validating information from multiple sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, qualifications packages, and other pursuit materials using established processes and templates.
• Identify and assemble project experience, staff qualifications, resumes, technical information, and visuals for pursuits.
• Write, edit, format, and organize content communicating Connico’s qualifications and value to clients.
• Review solicitation requirements and coordinate proposal activities with technical staff.
• Research upcoming projects, clients, procurement activity, and teaming opportunities.
• Maintain client, project, pursuit, and marketing information within A/E/C CRM and databases.
• Translate technical project information into compelling client-focused stories and marketing content.
• Support development of project profiles, one-sheets, case studies, presentations, brochures, and articles.
• Assist with website content, social media content, and coordination with PR and outside partners.
• Support client interviews, presentations, conferences, events, and other BD activities.
• Manage multiple proposals, prequalifications, and deadlines while staying proactive with team members.
• Grow knowledge of Connico’s projects and markets and take on more ownership over time.
