Job summary

Connico is seeking an experienced A/E/C marketing professional to join our Business Development/Marketing team as a Marketing Analyst. This growth-oriented role supports proposals, marketing content, and pursuit materials, coordinating with technical staff and leadership.

The position offers a clear path to Marketing Specialist and Senior Marketing Specialist, with responsibilities expanding from content development to project information systems and broader marketing operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive marketing, proposal, or communications experience in A/E/C
• Experience developing A/E/C proposals, qualifications packages, marketing collateral
• Strong ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive content
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, with knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop
• Experience with CRM/project databases and marketing information systems
• Excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout, and visual communication skills
• Experience locating, organizing, evaluating information from multiple sources
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, qualifications packages, and other pursuit materials using established processes, templates, and standards
• Identify and assemble project experience, staff qualifications, resumes, technical information, and graphics for pursuits
• Write, edit, format, and organize content communicating Connico’s qualifications and value
• Review solicitation requirements and coordinate proposal activities with technical staff
• Research upcoming projects, procurement activity, and teaming opportunities
• Coordinate prequalification packages, vendor registrations, and related pursuit requirements
• Maintain accurate client, project, pursuit, and marketing information in CRM/project databases
• Translate technical project information into client-focused stories and marketing content
• Develop project profiles, one-sheets, case studies, presentations, brochures, articles
• Assist with website content, social media content, and coordination with PR and partners
• Support client interviews, conferences, events, and other business development activities
• Manage multiple proposals, prequalifications, marketing projects, and deadlines
• Grow knowledge of Connico’s projects, clients, markets, and differentiators
