Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead cybersecurity integration across acquisitions and divestitures. This role drives portfolio execution, engagement with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and IT, and the maturation of playbooks, reporting, and processes to enable secure transactions worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity and risk management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity, technology and business requirements into actionable operating plans.
• Strong executive communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• A&D Cybersecurity Portfolio Operations: manage portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases, including timelines and risks.
• Capability Resourcing & Oversight: plan resources, onboarding, and contractor coordination.
• Deal Security Enablement: advance deal security initiatives and education across transaction types.
• Reporting, Governance & Executive Visibility: maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk trends.
• Post-Close Workstream Coordination: lead or deputy DRI for post-close integration workstreams.
• Process Standardization & Operational Maturity: establish playbooks, templates, workflows, and RACI models.
• Continuous Improvement: capture lessons learned and update playbooks and workflows.
• Risk, Dependency & Issue Management: track risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align execution with business priorities and timelines.
• Team Leadership & Development: guide contractors and team members in a matrixed environment.
