Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead cybersecurity across acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations. You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, drive portfolio execution, and coordinate across legal, privacy, finance, and IT teams to ensure secure and efficient transactions.

The role emphasizes executive reporting, playbook maturity, and post-close workstream coordination, with collaboration across JJT

Qualifications

8+ years in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, or related fields.
Experience coordinating multi-workstream programs with exec reporting.
Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and governance routines.

Responsibilities

Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre- and post-close phases, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and status.
Oversee resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination for scalable capabilities.
Advance deal security initiatives and provide education across deal teams.
Maintain executive reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones.
Coordinate post-close integration and divestiture workstreams with owners and dependencies.
Standardize processes, playbooks, templates, and RACI models.
