Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to oversee cybersecurity initiatives across acquisitions and divestitures. The role emphasizes portfolio management, playbook maturity, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Corporate Development.

You will lead post-close workstreams, coordinate risk management, and drive standardization of processes while delivering clear executive visibility and timely decision

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, timelines, risks, and executive reporting needs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate cybersecurity, technology, and business requirements into actionable operating plans and governance routines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases, including timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, project assignments, and contractor support for a growing transaction pipeline.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk posture, updating playbooks and processes for maturity.
