• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, risks, and reporting for multiple transactions.
• Develop and standardize playbooks and governance routines.
• Provide executive-level updates on risk, decisions, and milestones.
