Guidant Financial is hiring a fully remote Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to learn the complete 401(k) plan administration process. You will review client documents, prepare annual reporting, and communicate progress to clients throughout the plan year.

You will gain hands-on experience with 5500 filings, testing, and plan documentation while expanding knowledge in retirement plan operations and compliance in a supportive ESOP‑pursuing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in document review and transaction processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with 401(k) or IRA administration, reporting or 5500 filings is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Use filing software to prepare 401(k) government filings including IRS Form 5500.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration and documents.
